Eclipse Outdoor came to The Visual Brand in early 2025 with three distinct brands under one roof, Eclipse Shading, Rainier Shading, and Shading Direct, and an ambition to grow all of them simultaneously.
Our engagement began with a unified strategy built around brand awareness and lead generation, establishing the creative and channel frameworks that would give each brand its own presence while operating efficiently as a portfolio. From that foundation, we've built and managed a full-service marketing program that spans paid media, content, video, design, and web.
Performance Marketing
On the performance marketing side, we run paid search and paid social campaigns across all three brands, complemented by retargeting that keeps Eclipse Shading, Rainier Shading, and Shading Direct in front of the right audiences at every stage of the funnel. Organic social strategy runs in parallel, maintaining consistent brand voices across platforms and deepening engagement with both dealer networks and end consumers. To support dealer relationships directly, we produce bi-weekly e-newsletters that deliver timely product, promotion, and campaign updates, keeping partners informed and activated. The results have been meaningful: dramatically expanded reach across platforms and measurable growth in dealer engagement across the portfolio.
Organic Social Media
Videos
Video and visual production have played a central role in how we bring these brands to life. We've produced brand and product overview videos for Eclipse Shading, Rainier Shading, and Shading Direct, as well as animated videos that illustrate the real-world performance and benefits of screens and awnings in ways that static imagery can't match. Supporting those videos, we developed a suite of 3D renders and animations that give dealers and consumers an accurate, visually compelling look at products, critical for a category where installation context and aesthetic fit drive purchasing decisions.

Trade Booth
The physical brand experience has kept pace with the digital one. We designed trade show booth environments that translate each brand's identity into live settings, and developed brochures that give sales teams and dealers print-ready tools for in-person conversations. On the web, we consolidated all three brand websites under a unified hosting structure for greater efficiency and control, built out a dedicated Rainier dealer microsite to better serve that channel, and launched Shading Direct as a new direct-to-consumer platform, a strategic move designed to support long-term revenue growth independent of the dealer network.
